EMPOWERING WOMEN

BREAKING DOWN STIGMAS

Helping women with HIV to live better lives.

These women are provided with free medication through the government hospital.

Women Empowerment programmes are held, self-help groups have been formed  and counselling is offered to the HIV patients.

Extra nutritious rations are provided for around 160 families impacted by HIV.

Due to stigma around being HIV positive, these women are not able to work.

So we train them in a range of crafts.
Such as making candles, artificial flowers and a range of other products suitable for the Iocal market.

These women are then able to earn a living for their families.

...exists to link NZ supporters with people cared for and nurtured by CMCT in India.
